Joel and Linda Budd have been the senior pastors of Open Bible Fellowship in Tulsa, Oklahoma, for the past twenty-three years. The Budds have pastored for a total of thirty years and have a rich experience in the things of the Spirit. They teach that believers owe the world an encounter with God, and a gospel without power and love is not the gospel that Jesus preached.

The Budds founded and oversee the Firestorm School of Ministry, where believers learn to break off strongholds that hold back confidence, freedom, and anointing. Students learn to discern spirits, lead people in deliverance, heal the sick, and prophesy in the marketplace, at the workplace, and in the local church.

Whether the Budds minister individually or together, the hallmark of their ministry includes physical and emotional healing and deep encounters with the Father’s love and power. They partner with and minister in many other churches that are also seeking authentic revival. This relationship network crosses denominational lines, helping emerging leaders walk together in purity of heart and the Father’s love and power. Pastors Joel and Linda live in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with an assortment of pets and two of their three daughters, Cristin and Haley. Their daughter Joelle and husband David Burris live in Tulsa as well.
